Receta Ginger Pork Balls

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Grnd pork
- 1 tsp Finely minced garlic
- 1 tsp Starch
- 1 c. Oil
- 1 tsp Minced fresh ginger
- 1 tsp Light soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Direcciones
- Mix all the ingredients except oil. Let stand 1 hr. Form 1" balls and fry, turning frequently, till browned. Serve with toothpicks and a dipping sauce.
