Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Olive or possibly vegetable oil
- 3 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Grnd ginger
- 4 x Boneless pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
Direcciones
- In a large resealable plastic bag or possibly shallow glass container, combine the first six ingredients. Add in pork and turn to coat. Seal or possibly cover; chill for 4-8 hrs. Grill, uncovered, over medium heat for 10-12 min or possibly till juice run clear, turning once.
