Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Freshly grated ginger
- 1 tsp Grated lemon rind
- 1 Tbsp. Grated onion
- 75 gm Butter Salt and pepper
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
Direcciones
- Mix all the ingredients together and put in a small saucepan. Cook over a very low heat for about 5 min then spoon over grilled fish.
- Serves 4
