Receta Ginger Simple Syrup For Fresh Fruits

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 piece fresh ginger root - (2" long) peeled
- 4 c. fresh fruit chunks - (to 6)
Direcciones
- Bring sugar and water to a boil in a small saucepan over moderate heat. Add in ginger and reduce heat to simmer. Stir till sugar dissolves and ginger infuses syrup, about 2 min.
- Remove from heat and take out ginger. Cold and pour over chunks of pineapple, sliced kiwi, sliced bananas, or possibly any of your favorite fruit combinations.
- This recipe yields 3/4 c. syrup.
- Yield: 3/4 c.
