Ingredientes

  • 6 Lbs Carrots
  • 2 Tbsps Salt
  • 1/4 Lb Sugar
  • 1/4 Lb Brown sugar
  • 1/4 Lb Butter
  • 3 Tbsps Lemon juice

Direcciones

  1. Heat the butter and add the sugar(s), salt, and lemon juice. Cook to a slightly reduced "glaze"
  2. Heat until everything is smoothrr and well combined
  3. Toss HOT cooked carrots into the glaze, mix well to coat- Serve immediately
