Receta Glazed Pork Roast

Ingredientes
- 3 to 4 pound boneless pork roast (seasoned to taste)
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1 can cranberry sauce

- Season pork roast to desired taste (salt, pepper, garlic pwdr, etc.) in roasting pan. Add in about 1/2 c. water in the bottom of pan. Roast approximately 30 min per lb. at 350 degrees uncovered. About 1/2 hour before roast is done, heat and stir 16 oz can of cranberry sauce, blending orange juice and brown sugar in pan, then brush on top of roast. Before serving, spoon remaining warm glaze over pork.
