- 2 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
- Vanilla glaze
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients except vanilla glaze till dough forms. Beat 20 strokes. Turn unto cloth-covered board well dusted with baking mix. Gently roll to coat; shape into ball. Knead 10 times. Roll 1/2 inch thick. Cut with 1/2 inch cutter dipped in baking mix. Bake on greased cookie sheet till golden, 8 to 10 min. Spread with vanilla glaze while hot. 10 biscuits.
