Receta Gloria's Turkey Lasagna

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd turkey
- 1 pound lasagna noodles, uncooked
- 20 ounce. sm. curd cottage cheese
- 1 pound grated Mozzarella cheese
- 16 ounce. Ragu spaghetti sauce (any style)
Direcciones
- for Vegetarian, omit turkey.
- Brown turkey; add in to spaghetti sauce. Layer ingredients in 9x13 inch casserole dish in following order: 1/2 uncooked lasagna noodles, 1/2 spaghetti sauce with turkey, cottage cheese, 1/2 lasagna noodles, 1/2 spaghetti sauce with turkey.
- Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil, cover with grated cheese. Bake 15 min more till cheese melts. Serves 12 or possibly 6 if they want seconds!
