Ingredientes
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. melted butter
- 4 Large eggs, well beaten
- 4 c. mashed, cooked, butternut squash
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Direcciones
- In large bowl add in sugar, lowfat milk, butter and Large eggs to squash. Mix at medium speed.
- Add in: remaining ingredients and blend well. Spoon mix into well-greased 2 qt (9 x 13) casserole and bake at 300 degrees till knife stuck in center comes out clean.
