  • 1 1/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 3/4 c. melted butter
  • 4 Large eggs, well beaten
  • 4 c. mashed, cooked, butternut squash
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 c. minced nuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. In large bowl add in sugar, lowfat milk, butter and Large eggs to squash. Mix at medium speed.
  2. Add in: remaining ingredients and blend well. Spoon mix into well-greased 2 qt (9 x 13) casserole and bake at 300 degrees till knife stuck in center comes out clean.
