Ingredientes
- (for people with Celiac disease) Chocolate Chip Cookies #1
- 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine
- 3/4 c. peanut butter
- 1 c. white rice flour
- 1/4 c. tapioca flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 x egg
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 bag lowfat milk chocolate chips
Direcciones
- In a bowl beat margarine and peanut butter with an electric mixer till well blended. Add in flours, sugars, egg, baking soda and pwdr. Beat till thoroughly combined. Add chocolate chips and mix with a fork. Shape into 1 inch balls, and flatten by crisscrossing with a fork. Bake at 375 for 6-8 min or possibly till lightly browned.
