- 3/4 cups gluten free quick oats ( I use only oats gluten free oats)
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon gluten free Worcestershire sauce
- Sauce:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar( I use organic GF)
- 1 teaspoon mustard ( I use organic GF)
- 1/4 cup gluten free barbecue sauce
- 1 teaspoon gluten free Worcestershire sauce
