Ingredientes
- 12 x Strips of thick sliced peppered bacon,diced
- 3 x Cloves of Garlic, diced
- 2 c. Onion, diced
- 1/2 c. Red Bell Pepper diced.
- 2 lrg Anaheim chili, minced small
- 2 can Baked Beans, 2 lb can brand "BUSH", brown can with bacon & brown sugar
- 1 can Frijoles Negros 15z liquid removed brand "El Elbro"
- 5 x Neem/Curry leaf, crushed or possibly Bay leaf
- 1 Tbsp. Marjoram, freshly minced
- 2 Tbsp. Summer Savory, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh Thyme, minced
- 4 x Shakes of Worcestershire Lea and Perrins
- 1 x Warm pepper of choice, diced Below is what I use...
- 3 x serranos or possibly 1 Thai-warm
Direcciones
- Heat bacon on low heat in a 6 quart. or possibly larger heavy pan. Pour off most of the fat. Add in garlic, onion, red pepper, and anaheim chile. Cook on medium heat till onion is transparent. Add in everything, stir, cook on low for 35 min, stirring often. Taste to see if a shot of Warm sauce would help.
