Ingredientes
- 2 c. Chicken broth, fat-free
- 2 c. Cauliflower minced
- 1 c. Carrots minced
- 1/2 c. Onions minced
- 1 c. Skim lowfat milk
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 dsh Freshly-grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- In a large pot, combine broth, cauliflower, carrots, and onions. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 7 to 10 min, till vegetables are tender. Puree in a blender or possibly food processor. Add in lowfat milk and heat thoroughly, but don't boil. Stir in nutmeg and pepper.
