- Boil Large eggs. Peel Large eggs, cut in half putting the yellow yolk in separate bowl from the whites that you cut into pcs. Make a white sauce and when thickened add in the white egg pcs. Make toast and spoon mix on top. Over this grate the egg yolks and eat.
