Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- 1 1/2 c. cut up carrots
- 1/2 c. whole kernel corn
- 1/2 c. uncooked reg. rice
- 1 (16 ounce.) can tomatoes
- 1/2 c. water - more liquid
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Canned or possibly frzn peas
Direcciones
- Brown meat, onions, green pepper and celery in fry pan. Combine remaining ingredients in ungreased 3 qt casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hrs. Stir occasionally.
