Receta Good And Quick Crab Dish

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. your favorite grated cheese (Swiss, Cheddar or possibly Provolone are great)
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 pound crab meat
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. cracker crumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Heat 1/4 c. butter, add in flour and mix till smooth paste; slowly stir in lowfat milk. Cook till thickened. Add in cheese; stir till melted. Add in Large eggs and crab. Pour into greased 1 qt casserole.
- Combine 2 Tbsp. butter and cracker crumbs sprinkled over top. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 min. Serves 2-4.
