Receta Farofa De Malagueta (Brazilian Chile Condiment)

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Oil, palm
- 1 c. Onions, minced
- 2 x Large eggs, hard cooked, minced
- 1 tsp Chile, malageuta, chopped
- 2 c. Flour, manioc

- HEAT SCALE - MEDIUM-
- Heat palm oil in a frying pan and fry the onions till golden. Add in hard-boiled Large eggs and saute/fry the mix for 1 minute. Next add in the chiles and manioc flour, stirring constantly till the mix turns golden brown.
- Substitute piquin if malagueta chiles are unavailable.
- Note: if palm oil isunavailable, or possibly a healthier alternative is desired, substitute vegetable oil with 3 tsp. of paprika added.
