Receta Good For You Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. granola
- 2 c. unbleached flour
- 2/3 c. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 3/4 c. quick oats
- 1 c. chocolate chips
Direcciones
- Cream together butter and brown sugar. Fold in honey, egg, vanilla and lowfat milk. Then fold in baking soda and baking pwdr. Add in granola, oatmeal and flour. Mix all ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips. Place on no-stick cookie sheet by teaspoonfuls. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 min.
