- 3 Tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Kadugu | Mustard seeds
- 2 Green chillies, slit lengthwise
- 3-4 Curry Leaves, Torn
- 1/2 Cup finely chopped Onions
- 1/2 Tbsp finely chopped ginger
- 1/2 Veggies (Carrots, Peas and Beans) finely chopped
- 1.5 to 2 Cups Water
- Salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp roasted Peanuts
