Receta Gouda Crab Dip

Ingredientes
- 1 (7 ounce) wheel Gouda cheese, shredded
- 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. light cream or possibly half & half
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 5 drops warm pepper sauce
- 1 (6 ounce) can crab meat, rinsed, liquid removed & cartilage removed
- Rye bread cubes or possibly crackers
Direcciones
- Put together all ingredients except crab meat and bread cubes in 1 qt microwavable container. Microwave, uncovered, at Medium-High 3 to 5 min or possibly till mix is smooth. Stir every 2 min. Gently stir in crab meat. Microwave, uncovered, at Medium-High, 1 to 2 min or possibly till hot throughout. Serve with rye bread cubes or possibly crackers as dippers.
