Receta Goulash with green beans
Ingredientes
- 350 grams of pork shoulder, 40g oil, 80g onion, salt, 1 teaspoon ground red pepper, 1 masoxu cube, 1 tablespoon ketchup, 1 garlic clove, minced 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 can green beans, 2.5 dl of sour cream
Direcciones
- Wash the meat, cut into cubes and fry in oil with fried onions. Add salt, paprika, diluted with water and pour masox so that the meat was covered. The semi-soft meat, add ketchup, crushed garlic and cumin. Simmer until the meat is quite soft. Then add the drained, chopped beans. Will add the beans and dressing, to achieve the necessary density of the stew. Finally, soften the cream stew and season. Goulash served with bread.
