- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1 beaten egg
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk

- These are also great for strawberry shortcake! Sift together dry ingredients; cut in shortening. Combine egg and lowfat milk. Add in all at once and stir. Drop onto a cookie sheet and bake at 450 degrees for 10-14 min.
