Receta Grandma Bordy's Apple Cake:

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Sugar
- 3/4 c. Oil
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3 c. Flour
- 3 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 pch Salt
- 2 x Apples, sliced thin
- 1/2 c. Cinnamon and sugar
Direcciones
- Add in sugar to oil and beat, add in Large eggs one at a time, add in vanilla. Combine flour, baking pwdr, salt. Add in to first mix alternately with the lowfat milk. Pour 1/2 batter into ungreased pan. Put layer of sliced apples over batter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Add in remainder of batter. Sprinkle more sugar, cinnamon and nuts (if desired). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
