Receta Grandma Chell's Scalloped Oysters

Ingredientes
- 1 can oysters
- 1 c. crushed saltines
- 1/2 c. dry cubed bread
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
- Oyster liquid reserved from can
- Salt & pepper as desired
Direcciones
- Mix bread and crushed saltines. Stir in butter. Put thin layer of mix in bottom of buttered baking dish. Cover with oysters and sprinkle with salt and pepper as desired. Add in 1/2 oyster liquid and 1 Tbsp. lowfat milk. Repeat a layer of bread and saltine mix. Cover with remaining oysters, liquids and crumbs. (Works best with no more than 2 layers of oysters.) Bake for 30 min at 450 degrees.
