Receta Grandma G's Spaghetti Sauce & Meatballs

Ingredientes
- 3 pound grnd beef
- 1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. finely minced onion
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. bread or possibly saltine crumbs
- 2 tbsp. oil
Direcciones
- Mix together meat, cheese, onion, egg and crumbs. Shape into large golf ball size balls. Brown meat in oil in skillet transfer to large Dutch oven. Add in tomatoes and paste to meatballs. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer 4 hrs, stir occasionally. During last hour add in sugar, parsley and basil continue to simmer. Serve with your favorite pasta.
