Receta Grandma Goot's White Anise Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/3 c. butter, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 lg. Large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon anise extract (to taste)
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Spray cookie sheets with vegetable spray or possibly butter them.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and baking pwdr. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, alternating with flour mix. Add in vanilla and beat till smooth. Spread onto prepared sheet, slightly rounded in middle. Bake for 15 min in 350 oven.
