Receta Grandma Judy's Swedish Rolls

Ingredientes
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 Large eggs
- 6 c. flour
- 1 sm. block of yeast
Direcciones
- Mix lowfat milk, butter, salt and sugar. Heat slowly till mix almost comes to a boil. Let cold. Mix yeast with 1 tsp. sugar and 1/2 c. lukewarm water. Beat Large eggs into lowfat milk mix and add in yeast. Add in flour to mix and knead.
- Place in a large greased bowl and allow to raise till doubled. Roll out 1/3 of the mix at a time. Spread with butter, sugar and cinnamon and fold over into a long roll. Allow dough to raise. Bake at 350 degrees till brown.
