Receta Grandma Lokey's Pumpkin Whoopie Pies

- 2 c. brown sugar (firmly packed)
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. cooked pumpkin
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp grnd cloves
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 tsp baking soda
Direcciones
- Beat first four ingredients till fluffy, then add in remaining ingredients.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet and bake 350 degrees for 10 to 15 min.
- O BFILLING: b O O 2 egg whites 2 teaspoon vanilla 4 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. 10x sugar 4 tbsp. lowfat milk 1 c. Crisco shortening 4 c. 10x sugar O Beat egg whites and vanilla well then add in flour, 2 Tbsp. 10x sugar, lowfat milk and shortening till well mixed. Add in 4 c. 10x sugar and beat till smooth.
- Spread between cooled cookies.
