Receta Grandma's Bread Pudding

Ingredientes
- 12 homemade biscuits, crumbled or possibly broken up in pcs
- 4 slices bread (any kind you like)
- 2 c. lowfat milk (whole or possibly skim)
- 1 c. sugar (less if desired)
- 3 large eggs, well beaten
- 1/4 c. butter, softened
- 1 T vanilla (optional)
- 1 teaspoon either cinnamon, nutmeg, or possibly allspice
- Raisins (optional)

- You can put 1 tsp of all three in if desired the taste.In a large bowl, put lowfat milk and tear up the bread in small pcs, mixing well. (I sometimes just squash it up in the lowfat milk by hand.) Then add in sugar, large eggs, vanilla, butter, seasonings; mix well. Finally add in the biscuits. The mix will be kind of thick and you may need to mix by hand. Add in raisins; mix well. Cook in round or possibly square well-greased iron frying pan at 350 degrees for approximately 45 min.
