Ingredientes
- 1 c. rice
- 2 pats butter
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 fresh tomato, minced
- 1/2 c. peas
- 1/4 c. pine nuts
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 tbsp. parsley
- 1 tbsp. cilantro
Direcciones
- Brown the rice in butter. Add in remaining ingredients; cover and simmer 25 min or possibly till done (moisture is gone). Makes 6-8 servings.
