Receta Grandma Widdis' Molasses Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/4 c. shortening
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. molasses
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 1/2 c. flour
Direcciones
- Cream shortening and brown sugar; add in Large eggs and lowfat milk. Fold in molasses. Mix together flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, allspice and nutmeg. Then mix the two together. Roll into balls, then roll the balls in regular table sugar and place on pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 min.
