Ingredientes
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. water
- 1 2/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk (1 lg. can)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Nutmeg
Direcciones
- Combine Large eggs, sugar and salt. Beat well. Add in water, evaporated lowfat milk and vanilla; beat thoroughly. Pour into custard c.. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Place custard c. in a pan of warm water. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min or possibly till knife inserted comes out clean. Remove c. from water. Cold custard in refrigerator.
