Receta Grandmother's Grape Nut Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Grape Nuts cereal
- 2 c. sour lowfat milk (add in 1 teaspoon vinegar to 1 c. lowfat milk)
- 4 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 Large eggs, well beaten
Direcciones
- In a bowl, soak Grape Nuts in sour lowfat milk for 15 min. Sift together flour, sugar, baking soda, baking pwdr and salt. Alternately mix with dry ingredients the Grape Nuts mix and Large eggs. Place in greased and floured loaf pan and let stand for 30 min. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 min, till bread tests done.
