Receta Grandmother's Jello Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
- 1 lg. can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. minced nuts
Direcciones
- Drain pineapple; add in water to make 2 c.. In small saucepan bring juice to a boil. Pour into 9 x 9 inch pan; stir in Jello till dissolved. Refrigeratetill almost set. With electric beaters, add in remaining ingredients. Refrigerateagain till completely jelled.
