Receta Grandpa's Thanksgiving Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 (9") unbaked pie crust
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 c. dark corn syrup
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 c. canned pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. pecan halves
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare pie crust. Then with a hand beater or possibly wire whisk, beat Large eggs well. Beat in the next five ingredients till well blended. Now arrange the pecans in the bottom of the pie crust. Slowly pour the egg mix over them. Bake for 1 hour, or possibly till a knife inserted 1" from the edge comes out clean. Let it cold, then serve it with good old whipped cream.
