Direcciones

  1. The name is clearly derived from the ingredient amounts - most of us gals raised in the south were raised on this stuff as prepared by Granny. We also grew up using blackberries instead, as they grew on vines along her garden.Heat butter. Add in sugar, lowfat milk and flour. Mix till ingredients are combined (lumpy is good). Pour mix into a baking dish and add in sliced peaches.
  2. Fight the urge to mix the peaches with the batter - you do not need to mix it!!
  3. Bake at 375 for 30-40 min, or possibly till bubbly and brown.
  4. Serve with ice cream if you like.
