- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Direcciones
- Cream and add in:
- Bake in muffin tins 30 min at 350 degrees or possibly double recipe and bake in bundt pan. Very good.
