Receta Granny Smith Chocolate Oatmeal Pie

Ingredientes
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 tsp Cinnamon, grnd
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Butter, melted
- 1/2 c. Light corn syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 c. Old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2 x Granny Smith apples, peeled/ cored/minced
- 1/2 c. Semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 x 9" unbaked pie shell
Direcciones
- 1. Beat Large eggs in a large bowl till frothy.
- 2. Mix together sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt in a small bowl. Stir into Large eggs till blended. Add in butter, corn syrup and vanilla; mix well. Mix in oats, apples and chocolate chips. Spoon filling into pie shell.
- 3. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven till pie is set, about 1 hour and 10 min. Let cold before cutting.
