- 3 x pts Pure Juice (I used Welch's 100% grape juice, unsweetened)
- 5 x pts Water
- 3 1/4 x Sugar
- 2 tsp Acid Blend
- 1/2 x Pectic Enzyme
- 1 tsp Nutrient
- 1 x Campden Tab
- 1 pkt Wine Yeast (I used Pasteur Champagne, Red Star)

- This recipe is for 1 gallon. I made 5 gallons. I double checked all my calculations and everything is right. Starting specific gravity was 1.090. I didn't filter the wine, just racked to clear. Finished specific gravity is 0.990 and I've sweetened some of the wine to 1.006. The wine still has no flavor, just sweetened alcohol.
