Ingredientes
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 4 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh grnd pepper
- Chopped parsley or possibly chives if available
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- Put mustard in food processor bowl. Add vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and herbs. Dribble in extra virgin olive oil slowly as mix thickens. Adjust seasonings to taste.
