- 3 lb Potatoes
- 1 c. Vinegar
- 1 x Egg yolk
- 5 x Cloves garlic
- 2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 c. Cooking water from potatoes
Direcciones
- Boil potaotes and mash and cold. Add in chopped garlic, oil, vinegar, salt.
- Blend in egg yolk. Add in warm cooking water from potatoes and mix well.
