Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 x garlic cloves chopped
- 1/2 tsp dry oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 6 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves (abt 1 1/2 to 2 lbs total)
Direcciones
- In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients except the chicken; mix well. Add in the chicken breasts, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 hrs, or possibly overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for 15 to 18 min, or possibly till no pink remains and the juices run clear, turning them over halfway through the cooking.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
