  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 6 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves (abt 1 1/2 to 2 lbs total)

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients except the chicken; mix well. Add in the chicken breasts, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 hrs, or possibly overnight.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for 15 to 18 min, or possibly till no pink remains and the juices run clear, turning them over halfway through the cooking.
