Receta Greek Style Sandwiches

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. dry red wine
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 sm. clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash freshly grnd pepper
- 4 pita bread, cut in 1/2 and open
- 1 pound sirloin steak or possibly nice roast
Direcciones
- Combine ingredients and marinate meat. Cut steak into 1/4 inch strips. (Keep roast whole.) Marinate 1 hour or possibly so. Drain meat. Cook sirloin in butter 2-3 min. (Bake roast.)
- Hot the bread. Place meat in envelopes.
- Add in: 3 c. minced lettuce 3 c. minced tomato 1 med. minced cucumber 1 med. minced onion
- Great for a buffet! Let everyone combine their own.
