  • 3 lb Green beans
  • 10 x Walnut halves, toasted and minced
  • 4 Tbsp. Walnut oil
  • 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. Red wine vinegar
  • 1 x Garlic clove Coarse kosher salt and freshly grnd black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Blanch the beans in boiling water till just tender, about 3 to 4 min.
  2. Drain and refrigerateimmediately.
  3. Mix the remaining ingredients and let stand 1 hour.
  4. Immediately before serving, toss the beans in the dressing and remove the garlic clove.
  5. Yield: 12 servings.
