Receta GReen Beans with shallots and Pancetta
Who doesn't like green beans with a crunch? We loved this dish.
Ingredientes
- 1 pound green beans, ends trimmed off and string removed
- Salt
- 2 ounces pancetta diced
- 1 large shallot minced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- Freshly ground pepper milange
Direcciones
- Blanch the green beans in a pot of salted water for about 4 minutes or until they're a crispy tender but not chewy.
- While the green beans are blanching cook up the pancetta over medium high heat until crispy.
- Add the shallots to the pan and saute them lightly in the fat from the pancetta.
- Add butter to the pan, drain the green beans and add them as well. Season to taste and cook until they're how you want them.
- Serve these nice and hot
