Ingredientes
- 3 c. trimmed fresh green beans
- 2 Tbsp. finely-chopped shallots
- 2 x garlic cloves chopped
- 1/4 c. white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1 dsh salt (optional)
Direcciones
- Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 2 min and drain. Plunge them into cool water and drain again.
- Whisk together the remaining ingredients and add in to the green beans. Toss and serve.
