Receta Green Chili Beef Burritos

Ingredientes
- 2 x To 2 1/2 lbs grnd beef
- 1 can (small) green chilies minced
- 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr -- Or possibly 1 clove Garlic
- 10 x Flour tortillas, to 12 Grated Cheddar cheese Minced lettuce Minced tomatoes Salsa Lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Brown beef. Drain fat from pan. Drain and add in canned chilies. Add in garlic.
- Hot 10-12 flour tortillas by placing, not overlapping, on a medium warm lightly oiled griddle or possibly frypan for 15 seconds on each side or possibly heat in covered container or possibly wrap in foil and placei n 350 F. oven for 10 min.
- Divide filling between tortellas. Fold up and place filled tortillas in 9x13" baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake in 350-375 oven till heated through for 15-20 min or possibly Microwave. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese for last few min of baking time or possibly before serving. Serve on a bed of minced lettuce with toamtoes, salsa and lowfat sour cream.
