Receta Green Chili With Chicken

Ingredientes
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 can (4 ounce.) diced green chili
- 1 can (16 ounce.) stewed tomatoes
- 1/4 c. minced onions
Direcciones
- Boil chicken breasts about 1 hour, then shred chicken. Put sufficient oil in skillet to cook onion and chicken till tender, but don't brown. Add in 2 tbsp. of flour into frying pan. Then add in the chilies and stewed tomatoes, sufficient salt, pepper and garlic salt. Let boil a little. If sauce is too thick, add in a little water. Then simmer for about 8 min.
