- One of my favorite things to do with it is make green Large eggs with my grandson (3 1/2). I add in the spinach to an omelet with cheddar Rice Chunk and we have "green Large eggs"! Then we read "Green Large eggs and Ham". Great fun - and he eats the spinach with gusto!
